Receptionist with Administration duties

We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to work in a busy office with a well-established client in the agricultural sector. You will take customer calls and prioritise tasks making sure your duties are carried out in a timely manner.

The role will involve

  • Taking orders from customers on site, over the phone and via online sales
  • Taking card and cash payments
  • Processing all orders
  • Transferring calls within the office
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks including taking notes, filing, faxing
  • Sorting and distributing mail

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is required
  • Competent in Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised, customer focussed
  • Positive working attitude and professional manner
  • GCSE’s or equivalent

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
34 holidays per annum
