Administration Assistant / Receptionist required for a Dungannon based client. Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Duties will include:
- Co-ordinate front desk activities and greet any visitors
- Re-direct phone calls
- Maintain files and records
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Organise courier deliveries
- Secretarial support
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
