Job Description

Administration Assistant / Receptionist required for a Dungannon based client. Temporary to Permanent opportunity.

Duties will include:

  • Co-ordinate front desk activities and greet any visitors
  • Re-direct phone calls
  • Maintain files and records
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Organise courier deliveries
  • Secretarial support


  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
