Our client currently requires an Accounts Assistant for a permanent opportunity based in Armagh.
- Maintain Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger.
- Assist with Payroll weekly.
- Credit Control and dealing with payment/Customer Queries.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Vat Returns.
- General Administration – general filing, answering calls and other duties as requested.
- 2 years experience working within an Accounts Dept.
- Prior experience working to strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to pick up new systems.
- Experience with Sage.

Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 3pm.
